SHIPPING ADDRESS: To safeguard against Online Fraud, we strictly adhere to our policy of exclusively delivering items to the Billing Address associated with the Credit Card used for the purchase. We understand circumstances may arise where you require the shipment to be sent to a different address.
Please note that UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you happen to provide a PO Box as the Shipping Address while selecting UPS Ground, we may need to adjust the shipping method to UPS SurePost, which utilizes the services of USPS for final delivery.
DAMAGE: In the unfortunate event that you receive a shipment that has incurred damage, we kindly ask that you refrain from disposing of any items. It is of utmost importance that you capture photographs of both the external and internal packaging, as well as the damaged contents. In certain cases, the Shipping Carrier may require a visual inspection of the package for Claim Purposes. To ensure that we can provide you with the necessary assistance, please document the extent of the damage thoroughly and promptly report it to us within 3 business days from the date of receiving your order.
